Licensing means that you have entered an agreement with another party to earn from them utilizing your IP's likeness.
You can purchase the rights to IP, and the associated rights to revenue generated by said IP or from the curve said IP license resides on, by purchasing the rights on iPFi. This means you can use the IP and earn when the IP is used by others, and when others buy into the IP as well.
